The Divemaster certification is the first professional level in scuba diving and opens the door to leadership opportunities within the dive industry. Work alongside instructors, develop advanced dive skills, mentor certified divers, and gain real-world experience leading dive activities.

As a Divemaster, you may assist with classes, support boat charters, conduct scuba refreshers, guide dive trips, and become an essential member of the Dive N’ Surf team.

Whether your goal is working locally or traveling the world through diving, Divemaster training builds the foundation for a professional diving career.

Prerequisites

• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Rescue Diver certification

Training Schedule

Training schedules are customized based on candidate availability and progression.

Most training takes place over weekends with select weekday evenings and includes shadowing instructors while assisting with a variety of Dive N’ Surf courses and activities.
