Two Tank - Local Weekend and Night Dives

Come SCUBA diving with us off our 6 Pack Charter boat, the Island Diver. The Island Diver is located in the King Harbor and only a few blocks away from Dive N' Surf.

The Island Diver travels from Santa Monica Bay down to the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

What will I see?

Depending on the location of the dive, you can dive through the kelp forest, swim with the giant black sea bass, dive shipwrecks, or go lobster hunting (during season). Visibility ranges anywhere from 10- 30ft depending on location, weather, and season. 

What should I expect?

Join us for local dive adventures aboard the Island Diver, departing from the Rocky Point fuel dock in the Portofino Marina in Redondo Beach. Each trip includes tanks, drinks, and a light snack so you can focus on enjoying your dive experience.

Weekend Morning Charters
Meet at 7:00 AM at Dive N’ Surf to check in with your certified Divemaster. They’ll guide you to the boat where you’ll gear up for an 8:00 AM departure.

Weekday Night Charters
Meet your Divemaster at 5:00 PM in the Dive N’ Surf rental parking lot, then follow them to the marina for a 6:00 PM departure.

Rental Gear Options
Full rental gear packages are available for $50 (regularly $95) when diving aboard the Island Diver. Rental equipment must be picked up the day before your trip, with payment completed at pickup.

Boat Amenities
The Island Diver is equipped for comfort and safety, including:

• Head (restroom) and changing area

• Easy-entry swim step and ladder

• Tank racks and large live bait tank

• Emergency oxygen and full first aid kit

Whether you’re looking to explore local reefs, kelp forests, or wreck sites, our charters offer a fun, safe, and relaxed way to experience Southern California diving with the Dive N’ Surf community.

All night boat trips require at least the advanced open water certification.

Cancellation policy: No refunds will be provided if cancelled 72 hours prior to departure. There will be a $50 rescheduling fee per person if you want to reschedule within 72 hours prior to the departure time.
