ONLINE STORE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY:
In the rare event you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise that you have purchased online, you may return the item(s) directly to DIVE’N’SURF. You have 60 days from the receipt of the online shipment date to return any item(s) for credit or exchange, and 60-90 days from purchase will be eligible for store credit. All returns of any merchandise must be unused, in original condition, original tags attached and in its original packaging (if the product was pre-packaged). If you need to send an item(s) back for any reason, please fill out return/exchange form enclosed with your order and ship back to:

Please remember that we are not responsible for the return shipping , so for your protection, use a traceable and insured shipping method for your return (No COD’s, cash on delivery, will be accepted). If you’re exchanging an item(s), we will send you the exchanged merchandise at no charge to the customer for shipping. Exchanged merchandise will not be shipped out until original products are received.
